Welcome to the Van Meter Library! Students visit weekly with their classes to check out books, research reports, and browse our non-fiction and fiction books, periodicals and videos. The library is also open every day at lunchtime for a quiet alternative to playground activities.

What if we've lost a library book? If you've gotten 2 overdue notices, please e-mail or call me and we can discuss payment. Many times books are found and I will happily refund the money. Please, make checks out to Van Meter School.
Can I donate books to the Library? Yes!! New and used books in good condition will be accepted. Bring them in and we will consider them for the collection. A Wish List will be available soon.
